Weight Loss Tips

This is my response to conscious eating.
Research shows that eating with awareness helps people to focus more on enjoying the food and having the feeling of being satisfied. Studies suggest that people who eat with consciousness consume fewer calories during meals, no matter how much is on your plate.
2. Willpower is a mental muscle. I exercise it.
Willpower is a limited resource, says psychologist Sean Connolly of San Antonio, but we all have. The trick is in knowing how to use it efficiently.
"People mention the lack of willpower as the number 1 reason that prevents them improve their lives in some way," says Connolly, who regularly works with patients who undergo bariatric surgery. "Willpower is not a gene. It is a tool we all have to learn to use, develop and control."
Like any muscle, your will get tired. So you have to plan, Connolly says, and what to do in situations that present a healthy choice and one that is not.
You also have to be prepared for emergencies, for example at the end of a long day of work, when your willpower is depleted and the self-window calling.
Willpower also needs to be recharged daily. What is the best way to do this? Get enough sleep.
3. Be realistic.
Let's be honest, most of us want to lose a lot of weight. When we do, when we got 5 or 10 pounds and we get stuck, we become discouraged and we rushed back to the fried food.
